All of the information we collect via this web site is used exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling our customers' orders and for managing their accounts. If the need arises, we may call the contact number customers provided with questions about their order or to resolve an issue, however customers will never receive any sort of phone solicitation from PicPads.com. We do not share any of the information provided by our customers with any other business or organization for any purposes or reasons whatsoever.

Your customer account with PicPads.com does not contain any credit card information or sensitive billing information. If at any time you no longer wish to receive emails or wish to have your account removed, please let us know. Please include as much info as possible with your request such as your name, account login name, address, and telephone number. Upon the receipt of your request we will promptly delete you from our systems.

If you would like to modify or update any of your online account information you can do so yourself via the "My Account" link provided at the top of the ordering pages.

We apologize that we cannot provide proofs prior to printing your pads. The staff at PicPads wants you to be 100% happy with your order. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your pads, return them to us unopened. (Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.) We will re-design them free of charge or provide you with a full refund.
